RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MahjYesPlease, each Mahjong mat is printed and produced specifically for your order. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other personal preference once production has begun.

Please review your selected size, thickness, design, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at:

Please include:

- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- clear photographs of the product,
- photographs of the packaging if the shipment arrived damaged.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery so we can review the issue.

If we confirm that the product is defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly printed, or that the wrong product was sent, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or a refund.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All Mahjong mats are produced specifically for each order and are not taken from standard pre-made retail inventory.

For this reason, once production has begun, made-to-order products cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to personal preference or a change of mind.

CANCELLATIONS

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once production has started.

If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

COLOR AND DISPLAY DIFFERENCES

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the printing process.

Minor color variations that are normal for printed products are not considered manufacturing defects.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
