At MahjYesPlease, every Mahjong mat is made to order specifically for you.
ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
Please allow approximately 2–8 business days for your order to be produced before shipment.
Because each mat is made to order, production begins specifically for your purchase rather than being taken from pre-made inventory.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is approximately:
2–6 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
FREE U.S. SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.
WHERE YOUR ORDER MAY SHIP FROM
MahjYesPlease works with trusted production partners to manufacture and fulfill our made-to-order Mahjong mats.
Most orders are produced and shipped from the United States.
In certain circumstances, such as temporary material shortages or production availability at our U.S. facility, your order may instead be produced and shipped by our production partner in China.
This allows us to continue fulfilling orders while maintaining the same expected production and delivery timeframe.
The fulfillment location does not change the design, size, thickness, or product specifications selected when placing your order.
SHIPPING METHOD
Mahjong mats are shipped rolled, never folded, to help protect the playing surface and reduce creasing during transit.
A black storage bag is included with each mat.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time after shipment for tracking information to begin updating.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or shipment has begun.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at MahjYesPlease@gmail.com and we will review the situation with you.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged product and the packaging.
