Welcome to MahjYesPlease! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MahjYesPlease. MahjYesPlease operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). MahjYesPlease is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate descriptions and representations of our products.

However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the printing process.

Minor color variations that are normal for printed products are not considered manufacturing defects.

Our Mahjong mats are made to order and produced specifically for each customer's order. They are not taken from standard pre-made retail inventory.

All product descriptions, specifications, availability, and designs are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities or availability by person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

MahjYesPlease reserves the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or other operational reasons.

Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including:

- design,
- size,
- thickness,
- quantity,
- shipping address,
- contact information.

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Made-to-order products cannot normally be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other personal preference once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

If we need to decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number provided with the order.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed and applicable at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other charges, if any, will be shown or handled as required by applicable law and the relevant checkout or shipping arrangements.

We may offer promotional discounts from time to time. Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

You represent and warrant that:

- the payment information you provide is accurate and complete,
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method,
- charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider,
- you will pay all amounts properly due in connection with your order.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our Mahjong mats are made to order.

Production normally requires approximately 2–8 business days before shipment.

Once shipped, estimated delivery is approximately 2–6 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Most orders are produced and shipped from the United States. In certain circumstances, including temporary material shortages or production availability issues at our U.S. production facility, an order may instead be produced and shipped by our production partner in China.

The fulfillment location does not change the design, size, thickness, or product specifications selected when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or similar events.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once production or shipment has begun.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, branding, text, displays, images, graphics, product designs, reviews, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by MahjYesPlease, its affiliates, licensors, or other applicable rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit material from the Services without prior authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or other rights in the trademarks, copyrights, designs, or other intellectual property of MahjYesPlease, Shopify, or any third party.

MahjYesPlease's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans may be trademarks or other protected intellectual property of MahjYesPlease or its licensors and may not be used without authorization.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

MahjYesPlease is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and MahjYesPlease.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by MahjYesPlease and is not responsible for our fulfillment of customer orders except to the extent required by applicable law or Shopify's own applicable services and policies.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information relating to your use of the Services in order to provide and improve Shopify's services.
